In good overall shape. Some light scratching from use but easily cleans up with a fine scotch brite. I did the top tube for a couple minutes shined right up. 40 minutes work this would shine up nice. Frame measures closer to 18.5 than 18 which is what its listed as . Seatube Ctc.
