Has 12 level speeds, super portable only being 7 pounds, forward and reverse direction with 12 automatic programs and 12 manual speeds. Real time, easy to read LCD monitors time, speed, distance and calories. Can be controlled by button on LCD screen or by the included remote. Ultra quiet for home and office use. Perfect for no strain exercise. Taken out of the box only for testing (please see the video in listing).
