This frame is absolutely one of a kind and turned heads every time I rode it. This Windsor “The Hour” 4130 Chromoly track frame was professionally converted to a belt drive compatible frame. I specifically set this frame up to use the Gates Carbon Drive CDX system and it ran flawlessly. This frame is a 1 of 1 and you will not see another like it. I based it off of the Cinelli Tutto, but accomplished the same thing at a fraction of the cost. This frame comes with the high quality Ritchey, Thomson, and Chris King parts shown in the photos.
