3- Put a layer of Adhesive (3M Marine Adhesive 5200 or stronger) in the channel of the barrel lip; this can be a liberal amount of epoxy through the channel. 4- Secure the end cap onto the barrel. You can turn the barrel up side down and pop it into place on a thin carpeted floor or such (do not use this direction with any other cap besides ours, you risk breaking your end cap).
