Includes seat post collar. top tube measures 55 cm from Center to Center. Head tube measures 156 mm. The frame is a sloping top tube design and rides like a traditional 56 cm frame seat tube measures 51 cm from center of bottom bracket to top of top tube and 53.5 cm from center of bottom bracket to top of seat tube.
