Hoffman SD 4 frame. Chrome is rather good. Minimal surface rust. Dropouts are clean. Looks like someone was using a dremel between the top tube and seat stays. That will need to be sanded and polished. It’s not very noticeable unless you look for it. I don’t like the watching items and waiting for an offer game. That being said, if you watch this item, I will send the minimum 5 percent offer. Please don’t watch if that doesn’t work for you.
