26" Prewar Frame and fork have new black paint on them. I think the frame is a 1948 has never been assembled after it was painted. Is nice looking set, paint may have some small imperfections, but nice. Believe it is a Road-master frame but not 100% sure. I received as just frame and fork not a whole bike. The frame set is sold as is no returns or refunds of any kind. Please look at the pictures close for reference. Any questions or additional pictures please ask before buying.
