This glove has not been used. It's in new condition with tags. The measurements from the manufacturer are 33". I have 3 of these, and they all measure closer to 32 - 32.5 in new condition. After the laces and pocket are broken in some, you will get the full 33" as stated by the manufacturer. These mitts are heavily padded and can be used up to college level. They are a little stiff as any new glove would be. That gives the new owner a chance to break it in the way they want it. Please let me know if you have any questions.
