I have a Penn Prevail 11' Surf Spinning Rod used but still in good condition, has some specks of paint from water base paint overspray. I just forgot to cover before painting, other than that this rod is in really good condition. The rod tip and guides are in tack. Please ask questions cause NO RETURN. Thanks
