This is a rare Parkpre Scepter steel CrMo Tange Butted tubing MTB frameset It clearly shows signs of wear with scratches and surface rust in multiple locations but no dents or cracks. Top Tube measures 606 mm/23.8 " Seat Tube measures approx 533mm/21" Weight as pictured is approximately 8.65 lbs I was recently riding this frameset as a complete build and rode great.
