Shock Doctor, Gel Max Mouthguard, Adult, Fruit Punch Item is brand new but does have some box damage from shipping in a pallet with other items. This does not affect the inside contents, but if you are looking for a perfect box this isn't it because it does have some flaws. I tried to picture some of the best I could. But all the insides are still in perfect condition!
