Excellent condition with a couple of chips on the chain stay. See pictures for details. Seat tube measures 49 cm center to top of top tube. Top tube measures 53.5 cm size is a small. Should fit riders 5'4" to 5'7". Head tube measures 139 mm. The frame is a sloping top tube design and rides like a 52 cm traditional frame.
