This is a nice little St. Croix Imperial 4 9ft 4wt that I purchased in 2014. I only used it on a handful of outings. 2 inches were broken off of the tip on it's first weekend trip and I never sent it in for the warranty, but I'm pretty certain that the warranty is still good. On that first trip II added a new guide onto the end and then removed the first guide below the tip because it was too close to the newly attached guide. I used it on several other outings and it worked great! Then I found a different rod that I liked better and this one has just sat in my shop ever since.
