Vintage 60s J C Higgins Girls 24” Tank Bike W/ Light - Good. Needs chain. Original finish has nicks & scratches, and some surface rust on bottom ( see pictures ). Add a chain, and tires and it should be rideable. Did not check working condition of light - it does have Lense. Bike will be professionally packaged at local bike shop.
